Membership of this site is open only to people who are 18 years old or over. This is for reasons of personal safety and child protection.
You are responsible for any content you post on this site. We reserve the right to remove any content which we have reason to believe is in violation of these terms and conditions.
You must not use this site to post spam, or any defamatory, threatening, lewd, suggestive, obscene, discriminatory or illegal material.
You must not use this site to contact people in any way that could be construed to be lewd, suggestive, obscene or otherwise inappropriate. This includes requests for naked massage or any other additional "intimate" services, "extras" or "happy endings". Violations of this rule will result in an immediate and permanent ban. If anyone wishes to make a complaint concerning any inappropriate behaviour from another member of this site, please email admin@salonguineapig.co.uk as soon as possible, as your safety is of utmost importance and we take any suggestion of inappropriate behaviour extremely seriously. Email addresses and IP addresses of all people using this site are logged and details will be passed to the Police if necessary.
You must not contact users to ask if you can be a guinea pig for a particular treatment unless that user has asked for guinea pigs for that treatment on their user profile or posted a Requirement for guinea pigs for that treatment. Violations of this rule will be considered poor etiquette and could lead to you being banned from using this site.
You must not post any contact details, e.g. address, telephone, email, in your user profile. It is, however, acceptable to link to an external website containing your contact details, e.g. your salon's website.
If performing a treatment, you must have the relevant qualifications, or be under the supervision of a qualified instructor. You must also be insured to carry out the treatment.
If volunteering to be a guinea pig, it is your responsibility to verify that the person performing the treatment has the necessary qualifications/supervision and insurance. Megtek Ltd accept no responsibility for any circumstances which may arise as a result of an unqualified/unsupervised or uninsured person performing a treatment.
It is your responsibility to ensure that all relevant Health and Safety procedures are adhered to, e.g. patch testing. Megtek Ltd accept no responsibility for any circumstances which may arise as a result of Health and Safety procedures being ignored.
It is your responsibility to ensure your personal safety when arranging a meeting via this site. If you do not know the person you are arranging to meet with, you should take steps such as having a chaperone or telling someone where you are going and when you are expected to return. If you are unsure of or have a bad feeling about anyone contacting you via this site, please err on the side of caution and do not give out your contact details. If you have been contacted by someone who is behaving inappropriately, please email admin@salonguineapig.co.uk as soon as possible, as lewd, suggestive or otherwise inappropriate behaviour is in express violation of the terms and conditions of this site and will result in the person responsible receiving an immediate and permanent ban.
We reserve the right to terminate your account at any time should we have reason to believe that any of these terms and conditions have been broken.
We will not sell your details or make them available to any third party, with the exception of where this is required by law (e.g. Police investigation).
Use of this site is currently free. Although we do not anticipate doing so, we do reserve the right to charge for use of this site in the future.
